Vajir Pinnacle is located on the south side of the Mahuli Fort.
Mahuli Fort At 2815 ft., this is a popular trekking destination and a paradise for rock-climbers because of many nearby pinnacles with interesting names like Vazir, Vishnu, etc., given by the local trekking and climbing fraternity. This mountain complex is actually a group of two or more hills with common cols and pinnacles.
It is the highest point in the Thane district. The forest surrounding Mahuli has been declared as a sanctuary. Once Shahaji Raje, father of Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, had this fortress under his belt. The fort has been declared a protected monument.
Wajir is located near Mahuli Fort, which houses several such vertical-rising pinnacles. As Wajir’s rock patches present challenges of the highest order, successfully climbing it is considered to be a dream among adventure enthusiasts.

🗓️ Day 00 ( 01 March 2025 )

07:00 PM: Depart from Pune ( Ch.Shivajinagar )

07:30 PM: Nashik Phata

07:40 PM: Pimpri

07:45 PM: Chinchwad

08:00 PM: Nigadi

Pick-up Form Mumbai ( 01 March 2025 )

11:30 PM: Vashind Railway Station

🗓️ Day 00 ( 02 March 2025 )

03:30 AM: Reach at base village

04:00 AM: Breakfast

04:30 AM: We will have introduction and safety instruction session.

04:30 AM: We will start trekking towards Vajir Pinnacle.

07:30 AM: Reach at Vajir Pinnacle.

08:00 AM: We will be told how to climb the cone, after worshiping. After that, one by one members will safely climb one station at a time.

After summiting the cone, photos and videos will be taken and the cone will be descended according to the rappelling activity.

02:30 PM: Reach base village and have lunch.

03:30 PM: Start return journey.

09:30 PM: Reach back to Pune & bid farewell to all amazing souls with beautiful memories.

Note:- 1-2 hrs buffer time is possible depending on the speed of trekkers, traffic on the road & other unavoidable circumstances during the trip.
