• Location: The Andharban jungle trek is situated in the Sahyadri range of the Western Ghats, near the Tamhini Ghat region, approximately 70-80 kilometers from Pune city. The trek usually starts from the village of Pimpri, near Mulshi Dam, and ends at Gutkha Village.

• Route: The trekking route traverses through dense forests, deep valleys, streams, and waterfalls. It offers stunning views of the surrounding hills and valleys, especially during the monsoon season when the entire region turns lush green

• Difficulty: The Andharban trek is considered moderately difficult, suitable for both beginners and experienced trekkers. The trail involves some steep descents and ascents, rocky patches, and narrow pathways through the forest.

• Duration: The trek typically takes a full day to complete, starting early in the morning and ending by late afternoon or early evening. The total trekking distance is around 13-14 kilometers

🗓️ Day 01  ( 18 AUGUST  2024 )

• 03:00 AM: Reach the Pimpari village ( Take Some Rest )

• 05:00 AM: Have Breakfast & Tea.

• 06:00 AM: Start journey towards Ghutake Village.

• 08:00 AM: Reach at Ghutake Village and start trek. 

• 11:00 AM:  Along the way, we will spend time at the many waterfalls and take in the beautiful sights of the hiking route. 

• 01:00 PM: Reach at Pimpri Village.

• 02:00 PM:  Enjoy the delicious Maharashtrian food.

• 03:00 PM: We will begin our journey to the city. Till this time, heart-whelming memory of the adventure will occupy your mind on the way to Pune. 

• 07:00 PM:  Reach Pune we will follow the same route on the return journey.

Note:-1-2hrs buffer time is possible depending on the speed of trekkers, traffic on the road & other unavoidable circumstances during the trip.
